Journeys are usually charged on mileage basis (with the rates set by Uttlesford council licensing department; unless agreed otherwise at the time of booking or for pre-booked. Parking fees, diversions and waiting charges will apply if applicable.

Our standard rates are for pickups from Local (Stansted) area and are from one pick-up point and to one drop-off point, during the day and for maximum of four passengers with normal amount of language.

For pickups outside local areas different prices may apply and for non account customers advance payment or card guarantee is needed. We do accept all type of card payments subject to surcharge.

For night rates, more than four passengers, excessive amount of luggage or night rates please contact us.

If you are not an account customer, you will need to pay your driver with Cash (pound sterling only) if you wish to pay with cards, Euros or etc, please mention at the time of booking. (Additional surcharge and T&C apply). - Please ask for details...

Cancellation Policy - for advance bookings the job can be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to booking time; however if is cancelled after 3 hours or for straight away taxi request, the job cannot be cancelled and the full fare is payable.

Refund Policy - full refund of the fare if booking is cancelled up to 3 hours prior to booking time and no refund will be made if is cancelled after or for straight away taxi request.(card payment surcharges are non refundable)

Privacy Policy - We highly value the privacy of our customers and treat all of their personal information as confidential; we do not sell or share our database with third parties for marketing purposes, however we are obligated to share this information to the relevant authorities for their routine inspections or to the police on request. And of course this is designed to protect the safety of our passengers.

Our policy is not to store any of the customer's financial details (whether is booked over the phone or by Internet); it will be used only at the time of booking and it will be immediately destroyed after the payment has been processed.
